When is best to arrive to enjoy the place?
3 p.m. to guarantee access to the lodge but before if customers want to take advantage of the site earlier
Can we access the site by tourist car?
Yes, all vehicles can access without difficulty, there is only 500m of very accessible off road track
Are there shuttles to come from the centre of Marrakesh?
Shuttles cam be requested from any address in Marrakesh, (supplementary charge) and there is the option of bus number 33, then a pickup in the village
Can we access the site without reservation?
No. The restaurant and the activities of the site are accessible only by reservation. It is better to book before coming, especially as sometimes the site is privatised or simply full.
Are the lodge tents heated in winter / air conditioned in summer?
No. We are self-sufficient, we do not have enough power for this type of installation. We equip the tents with beautiful quilts and hot water bottles in winter, and fans in summer. Our canvas camp concept is pushed to its limits in the extremes of the seasons, but for 8 years we have welcomed travelers despite these limits.

What is the price of the transfer from Marrakesh?
750 dhs for a return transfer Marrakesh – Terre des Etoiles by car with a driver (1 to 4 passengers)
Are the pools heated?
No. The swimming pools are irrigation basins, for ecological reasons we do not heat them, but they remain passable for a good part of the year
Can we have lunch or dinner without sleeping there?
